Choose the right size capsules and Gel Pads for each of your fingers.
Step 2 : Prepare your nails
Maximise adhesion by pushing back your cuticles, lightly scratching and degreasing the surface of your nails.
Step 3: Apply the Gel Pads (or glue)
Apply the Gel Pad to your natural nail, then remove the protective film (or apply liquid glue to your nail).
Step 4 : Squeeze the capsule
Place the capsule on your nail, working from the bottom upwards, pressing firmly.
